15 RAW FOOD RECIPES
Below you will find 15 RAW food recipes, please feel free to pick and choose for your dinner and alternate weekly.
I have already adjusted the amounts for 1 - 2 servings, the link directs you to the method.
There is an option to do JUST juices, if you decide to do this, double up on your morning juice and lunch smoothie instead of your RAW food dinner.
A spiralizer is recommended for many of these recipes but you can do without 🙏🏽
💚 RAW VEGAN LASAGNE 💚
500 g/18 oz courgette
1 tbsp pine nuts
1 tbsp poppy seeds
FOR THE CASHEW-ALMOND LAYER
1/2 cup of soaked cashews
1/2 cup of soaked, blanched almonds
1/2 lemon, juice
2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 avocado
2 cups of tightly packed herbs or greens (such as basil, spinach, arugula, etc)

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

💚 CARROT & COUGETTE 'PASTA' WITH AVOCADO CUCUMBER SAUCE 💚
3 zucchini
2 large carrots
micro-greens, garnish

1 avocado, peeled and pitted
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced

2 courgettes
2 cups bean sprouts
1 red bell pepper (or yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips)
4 green onions (diced)
1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

💚 CREAMY CUCUMBER GAZPACHO 💚
1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
1 cucumber
2 tbsp full-fat coconut milk
1 tbsp basil pesto
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp white miso

💚 CURRIED CABBAGE SALAD 💚
1/2 head green cabbage (chopped)
2tbsp shredded flaked coconut (be sure it's raw if needed)
1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp soy sauce (if raw, use nama shoyu)
1.5 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric

💚 'BURRITO' LETTUCE WRAPS 💚
1 very ripe avocados

💚 CREAMY MUSHROOM SOUP 💚
1 cup cashew milk
1/4 onion
1/2 clove garlic

💚 CUCUMBER NOODLES WITH PEANUT SAUCE 💚
2 medium cucumbers
1 small bunch bok choy
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon tamari
juice of 1/2 lime
3 tablespoons of water
1/2 teaspoon chili oil (+ more for extra heat!)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

💚 RAW RICE 'STIR FRY'
1 carrot cut in 2 inch chunks
1 parsnip, peeled and cut in 2 inch chunks
1/2 medium cauliflower, cut in pieces
1 cup mushrooms, trimmed
1 cup snow peas, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
1 cup mung bean sprouts
3 scallions, sliced, white part only
1/4 red bell pepper, diced
Tamari Orange Sauce
1/4 cup low sodium tamari
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice

💚 TURKISH SALAD 💚
1 lb cucumbers, diced
Handful of spinach diced
1 lb fresh ripe tomatoes diced
1/3 cup minced onion (optional)
1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp pomegranate juice
Salt to taste (I use about 1/2 tsp)
Method: Dice everything and mx together
💚 GAXPACHO SOUP 💚
1 cucumber, sliced into chunks
4 large ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/2 bell pepper (any color)
2 cloves garlic
1 celery rib, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 sweet onion, quartered
3 tablespoon red wine vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)
1/2 teaspoon salt
freshly cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped

💚 TACOS WITH SWEET CORN SALSA & SOUR CREAM 💚
sweet corn ceviche salsa ingredients:
2 cobs of corn, kernels removed
juice of 1-2 limes
salt and pepper
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/2 pint grape tomatoes, quartered
small handful chopped cilantro
spicy nut + seed crumble ingredients:
1 heaped cup of mixed, raw nuts + seeds (I used walnuts, almonds + sunflower seeds)
sea salt + pepper
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 teaspoon avocado oil
1 teaspoon coconut aminos
cashew sour cream ingredients:
3/4 cup raw cashews, soaked for 3 hours or more
juice of 1/2 a lemon
tiny splash of apple cider vinegar
