What a busy day, ended with supporting the local veterans association with their stand at St. Andrews Church Christmas fayre and Sue & Liz from being a human fruit machine 😀

Wow, what a great start to group day Harborough Leisure Centre

Firstly swam my mile as I have signed up for their December Christmas 🎄 challenge
10km swim
26 mike walk/run
And off course I get a medal if completed 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇- that makes it worth the while, also putting my mindset/health first especially when December can be over whelming ❤️

I have Sue Shone joining me today so let's have fun 👍 😁 😂

Lunch was delicous as usual at the cafe at the Leisure centre 😋

It doesn't matter where you are there's always somewhere you can exercise..

1. On holiday - walk, swim or run
2. At home - a dvd, u-tube, slimming World app
3. Getting a bus - get off one stop earlier

Every little thing you do will make a difference to how you feel or are feeling ✨️

Sometimes you just have to get out there and do it!

It was a head wind today for 4km of the run but at least the wind was behind me for the last bit....

That lovely blue sky makes you think differently about exercise 😉

Cool but sunny 🌞 trying to improve my mindset whilst away 👌

When your away and the pool is so cold its shut, then running it is, it was fairly hard going and no beautiful promenade to run along this year so Street running it had to be 🤭

Not ideal but knowing there's coffee available at the supermarket is a bonus 👌 😎

Also found a great restaurant whilst out 🥣😋

Hi, my name is Angela and I absolutely love being a Slimming World Consultant 💯💖

Being able to make a difference to people in Desborough, Rothwell, Braybrooke, Mkt Harborough and lots of other surrounding areas is an honour.
At my Tuesday night group at the Desborough library, Tuesday morning at Kibworth Bowling Club and on a Wednesday at Mkt harborough leisure centre we learn healthy habits, support one another, chat about delicious food... and have loads of fun, off course. 😍😍
