💚 I still can’t quite believe I did it 💚

This weekend I climbed Snowdon as part of the Home Instead Hamer Group team 🏔️

It was tough at times, but what stands out most is how much we supported each other every step of the way — that’s what got us to the top.

We did it together.

I’m so proud to have been part of this challenge, and even prouder that as a group we’ve raised over £1,500 for the Stroke Association 💚

💚 Next weekend, we’re taking on Snowdon! 🏔️💚

Our Registered Manager Karen will be joining the Home Instead Hamer Group team as they climb Snowdon to raise money for the Stroke Association.

This charity does incredible work supporting stroke survivors and their families, and we’re proud to be helping raise funds for such an important cause.

Fresh air, new surroundings, and plenty of smiles 😊

Robin has been enjoying some lovely days out with Ross, making the most of the sunshine and spending time outdoors. From visiting the garden centre to relaxing in beautiful green spaces, it’s wonderful to see him out and about enjoying every moment.

Supporting people to stay active, independent, and connected to their community is what it’s all about 💚

She’ll be joined by the Home Instead Hamer Group team, raising funds for the Stroke Association 💚 — a charity that supports people recovering from strokes and the families who care for them.

At Home Instead Kidderminster, we see every day the courage, determination, and resilience it takes for people to continue living well at home after a stroke. This climb is our way of giving back, raising awareness, and supporting a cause so close to the hearts of the people we care for.

Every step Karen and the team take up Snowdon brings vital support closer to those who need it most.
