Go live life without you
Whilst you go live yours,
Acceptance is a beautiful thing,
Allow the hurt and anger, just sit with it when it bubbles up, journal, ground yourself, turn your attention to those who actively want you in their story, im blessed with so many beautiful souls, i do have to remind myself to let go of that string sometimes though, i remind myself often it’s ok to be angry, sad, hurt, and not avoid it, knowing it will pass as i speak kind words to myself, i get in nature, i journal and I breathe 🧘
In a world where everyone is chasing what they don’t have whilst losing what they do,
be the one to turn towards what they do have, whilst letting others be themselves 🥰✌️🦋

Just sharing a video on why we feel triggered and how to approach it,
1 year today I said I’ll post every day to see where I get, I have helped people which was all that I could have asked for, I did not want thousands of followers I wanted to set a goal and see where it leads me, it’s led me to many opportunities, some of which life changing, I h**e had people reach out and I’ve managed to help them going forward their life’s are looking brighter and it warms my heart I got the opportunity to help another few lost souls, keep being your beautiful individual selfs unapologetically, thankyou for the support follows and inboxes over the last 12 months x
As I’ve said before I am focused on my next path so I won’t post daily but I will still post guys and my inbox is always open 🥰🌻
