I’ve been adding something new into a couple of my lymphatic sessions this week… 👀

Static cupping.

Just a few cups placed in the right areas while I’m working elsewhere — giving the fascia time to soften, release and respond… so the drainage work can be even more effective (especially in stubborn areas like the lower abdomen).

I’ve also used a couple on the back in sessions where someone’s been holding a lot of tension through their shoulders or upper back.

But just to be clear…

✨ not everyone will get cups ✨
because not everyone needs them.

Some bodies need more flow.
Some need more softening.
Some need more tension release.
Some need all of the above.

This is exactly why I don’t do “cookie cutter” treatments — I’ll always tailor your session to what I feel your body needs on the day.

Cupping will be coming to the treatment menu soon… but for now, consider this your little sneak peek 👀✨

If you’re booked in for lymphatic soon, don’t worry — I’ll guide you through everything on the day.

This is what 6 months of consistent lymphatic drainage treatments look like…

My client is over 60yrs, has a job where she is standing for long periods and has had a couple of personal issues which affected her stress levels during this time.

But I think we can all agree there is a clear difference in the pics above 👆🏻

When she first came to me she struggled with sleep, had long term digestive issues and felt pretty stressed most of the time….over the last 6 months we’ve focused on deep diaphragmatic breathing, increasing her water intake, improving her sleep routine and being very consistent with her wellbeing by having regular lymphatic drainage.

You can see the physical difference obviously but what she tells me every time is how great she feels. Not only straight after her treatment but in the days and weeks following. She’s also listening to more of what her body is trying to tell her and taking better care of herself too.

Her sleep has improved, she feels lighter, less puffy, and has felt improvement in her digestion and is now able to do things in the gym she previously found a bit problematic.

If this isn’t your sign to take care of the only body you have, I don’t know what is!

Everyone’s results will vary depending on lifestyle factors but what’s very clear here is that if you treat your body well it will return the favour x 10

✨Lymph Drain & Sculpt is available as a standalone treatment, Pass of 3 treatments or to really take things to next level there’s my CODE Lymph Reset ritual for full body and facial release

So apparently we’re moving out of the Wood Snake era and into Fire Horse 🔥🐎

And honestly… I feel like that checks out.

Because Wood Snake energy has felt very…
quiet.
heavy.
shedding.
healing.
processing.
(aka… tired 😅)

And Fire Horse is meant to be more like:

right, enough now.
let’s move.
let’s do.
let’s stop overthinking everything.

Not in a chaotic way… but in that “I’m done dragging myself through life” way.

I’ve noticed it in myself lately too.

Like I’m still soft… I still want peace… I still want slow.

But I also want:
• more energy
• more fun
• more confidence
• more me again

And I think a lot of women are feeling that right now.

So if you’ve been in a wee rut…
or feeling stuck…
or like you’ve been carrying too much for too long…

Maybe this is your sign to start shifting it.

Even in small ways.

Less surviving. More living. That’s the vibe

Ok so I did my dry cupping course yesterday (finally!) and I’m honestly buzzing to bring this into my treatments.

But just to clear something up because I know cupping gets lumped into the “sports recovery” box…

You don’t need to be training for HYROX to benefit from it.

Some of the people who need this most are the ones who:
• sit at a desk all day
• carry stress in their shoulders
• clench their jaw without realising
• feel like their upper back is basically one solid knot
• or have that constant “tight bra strap / heavy back” feeling

Cupping is brilliant for getting into those areas without me having to go in with loads of pressure.

So if you hate deep tissue but still want to feel like something’s actually been released… this is going to be a game changer.

I’ll share more soon once I’ve had a few of you on the couch 😅

If you’re curious, keep an eye — I’ll be adding this onto my treatment menu over the next week or so 🤍

Ok so the POST session in The Hyrox CODE is for when your body’s like…

“Why did I sign up for that?” 😅

This one is a Cupping Recovery session, ideally booked 24–72 hours after your race.

And honestly… this is the one people feel FAST.

It’s great for:
• tight calves + quads
• heavy / dead legs
• hip flexors that feel locked up
• upper back + shoulders (especially from the ski erg / sled / wall balls)
• general muscle tightness + stiffness

Cupping helps increase local circulation and gives the tissues a proper “release” feeling — without me having to batter you with deep pressure.

So you leave feeling:
✔️ looser
✔️ less restricted
✔️ moving better
✔️ and like your body can actually recover instead of staying stuck in that stiff, sore phase for a week

I’ll also do a wee bit of targeted release where you need it most (usually upper back / shoulders) because HYROX loves to humble people 🫠

I’m keeping this package limited to 10 so I can be flexible around race days and still keep my diary sane.

If you want one, it’s there when you’re ready 🤍

Ok so here’s what the PRE session in The Hyrox CODE is actually for 👇🏻

It’s my Lymph Drain & Sculpt treatment, and ideally you’d book it 3–5 days before your race.

And no — it’s not just a “relaxing massage”.

This is the one that helps when your body’s feeling like it’s:
• holding onto water
• inflamed
• heavy
• tight
• sluggish
• and like your legs are recovering at half speed 😅

When your lymph flow is slow, you can feel it in ways you don’t even realise are connected:
puffy ankles, heavy legs, stiffness, swelling, that full/tight feeling after training.

This treatment supports:
• circulation
• fluid movement
• reduced inflammation
• lighter legs
• better recovery between training sessions
• and just feeling less… blocked up physically

It’s basically like giving your body a wee head start going into race week.

If you’re doing HYROX and want one of the 10 packages, DM me when you’re ready 🤍

Ok HYROX fam…I’ve made something for you 🏋🏻‍♀️

The HYROX CODE is a prep + recovery package (2 sessions) designed for anyone training hard or competing.

Because I keep seeing the same thing:
people push their bodies to the limit… then try and just carry on like normal 😅

What’s included

1) Lymph Drain & Sculpt (PRE)
Best booked 3–5 days before your event.

This is for when your body feels heavy, inflamed, tight or like it’s just not recovering properly from training.

It supports:
• circulation
• fluid retention / swelling
• inflammation
• that “my legs feel like concrete” feeling

2) Cupping Recovery + targeted release (POST)
Best booked 24–72 hours after.

This is for sore legs, stiff hips, tight shoulders and that post-event “why did I do this to myself” feeling 😂
(you know the one)

📌 The HYROX CODE package is £110

I’m only opening 10 packages just now so I can keep my diary realistic alongside work + mum life as I’ll be adjusting my diary around Hyrox dates for you all 🫶🏻

If you want one, message me “HYROX” and I’ll send over the best timing for both sessions + available dates.

Fun nights out are great. But so are the quiet moments we don’t always let ourselves have.

This kind of pause doesn’t look impressive.
It doesn’t tick anything off a list.
It won’t make you more productive today.

And that’s kind of the point.

So many of the women I work with are brilliant at holding everything together — work, family, responsibility, everyone else’s needs.

But rest, pleasure, softness?
That’s usually the first thing to go.

Tomorrow I’ll be talking more about what intentional rest can look like — the kind that actually helps your body and nervous system let go.

Not as a reward.
Just because you’re human.

This week’s self-care genuinely felt good.
A beautiful event, mindset work, makeup, shopping, prosecco, time with my daughter — all the things I love.

But it also made me reflect on something I’ve been catching myself doing lately…

Calling things “self-care” while quietly skipping the basics.

Less sleep than I need.
Too much time scrolling.
Eating whatever’s quickest instead of what actually fuels me.
Consuming mindset stuff but not really implementing any of it.

I don’t think this is a failing — I think it’s human. And I think most of us do it when life feels busy.

Real self-care isn’t always the aesthetic stuff.
Sometimes it’s boring. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable.
Sometimes it’s just slowing down enough to notice what you actually need.

I’m very much a work in progress with this — and that’s okay. And it’s ok if you are too.

What does real self-care look like for you right now?

Some messages make me sit back and smile for a minute.

This one came in after a Dynamic Flo lymphatic session last week from my client who already comes for regular lymphatic drainage but was keen to try my new advanced treatment.

Before she even left the room she’d already said she felt lighter straight away and had really enjoyed it.

Then woke up the next morning and for the first time in a long time…
her face didn’t look or feel puffy.
And she didn’t feel sluggish either and noticed an improvement in her digestion too.

That’s the bit I love about lymphatic work.
It’s not just “nice while you’re on the bed”.
It’s what your body does with it afterwards.

Less heaviness.
Less puffiness.
More movement.
More energy.

Quiet changes, but you really feel them 🤍

Before your lymphatic appointment, you don’t need to overhaul your life.

But there are a few small things that genuinely make a difference.

📌 Have some water beforehand.
📌 Try not to arrive absolutely stuffed after a huge meal.
📌 Wear something comfy so you can properly relax.

Nothing dramatic.
Just little choices that help your body get the most from the session.

And when you get here, I’ll guide you through the rest anyway. So you never have to wonder if you’re “doing it right”.

25/01/2026

Before I trained in lymphatic work, I understood a little of the basics but I didn’t fully appreciate just how much this system affects how we feel day to day, and so many of my clients don’t know either so let’s set the scene for you…

In a session, you simply lie down and get comfortable.
I work with slow, gentle, rhythmic movements that follow the natural pathways of your lymph system. The pressure is light, because the lymph vessels sit just under the skin. It’s not a deep massage, and it’s not about “pushing hard” — it’s about guiding flow.

We begin by stimulating key drainage points to open the pathways first, then work through the rest of the body in a specific sequence. That sequence matters — it’s how the lymph system actually functions.

Most people are surprised by how calming it feels.
And afterwards, many notice they feel less puffy, less heavy, more settled in their body. Sometimes digestion improves. Sometimes sleep. Sometimes it’s just a quiet sense of “ahhh… that’s better.”

No performance. No force.
Just supporting your body to do what it’s already designed to do.
