Signs your lymph might be sluggish…
Some little clues I see a lot:
• ankles that feel puffy by evening
• waking up with a swollen face
• feeling ‘heavy’ even when you’ve eaten well
• clothes feeling tighter for no clear reason
• needing to lie down more than you’d like
Most people blame hormones, age or stress.
Sometimes it is those things.
But very often… it’s lymph that just isn’t moving well.
And the good news?
It’s something we can support gently.
