I am an experienced and qualified Flower Essence Practitioner and Katseye Aromatherapy Blends therapist, a Reiki therapist and teacher and a qualified Crystal Healer. I have a huge love for nature, holistic therapies and vibrational medicine. I believe it is possible for all of us to live life to our full potential and to be happy. Sometimes we need a little help, sometimes we need a lot, but either way we all deserve the life we desire and true internal happiness. The beautifully decorated IAMYOGI cabin - it felt good to be back on Sunday and this morning ✨️. Sunday also included a Goddess Circle and a lovely Solstice event with beautiful Emma of BeYouBeYoga, which gave time for rest, reset and reflection. We look forward to more next year and thank you to all of you for supporting Aurorashine and the work I love so much ✨️💜✨️.

I was determined to get up on this beautiful frosty morning and go for a jog, but my body had other ideas and I'm starting the day more gently. Do what you need, not what you think you should do and go slowly 🙏💜✨️

Festive weekend 🎄🎅✨️. A visit to Woods Farm for our Christmas Tree, Webbs of Wychbold to see the beautiful displays and to get a couple of new decorations and some crafting bits. Kicking off the Christmas movies with Elf and The Christmas Chronicles. And the I AM YOGI cabin is getting into the seasonal spirit too with their very cute woodland window design. My Story

I’m Esta at Aurorashine and my passion is supporting women who are seeking life changes and transformation to help them fully shine. A few years ago though, I was in a very different place to the one I am now - insecure, uncertain, fearful, guilty, afraid of my inner light and of being ‘too much’. I was in a soul destroying job and a relationship that caused me much emotional turmoil. I was seeking change, but didn’t know how to change or exactly what I wanted to become. Then along came flower essences and my journey of transformation truly began. Over these last few years I have learned to release and walk away from what no longer makes me happy - jobs, people, situations. I have also learned to let go of difficult emotions, old ways of being, feelings of dis-empowerment and what is no longer needed in my life. I am not afraid to stand in my power and to shine my light out to others, there is no need to dim to fit in, that’s not what we are here for. The world so needs empowered women who are willing to stand up and shine and yes it takes courage and a process of healing to get there, but get there you can. The words I would now use to describe myself are - confident, brave, empowered, kind, self-nurturing, playful and happy. So different to the person I was.
