I layered up for this morning's walk, however, after my meditation in my favourite spot, I had to remove the waterproofs. It is rather warm still. What was beautiful, was sitting on the bench listening to the rain drops falling from the trees but also seeing a glimpse of the sun rising. I would have taken a photo but I never take my phone. It is the time I take away from it all, to reduce demands and expectations for the week ahead.

Enjoy the Monday morning cards, so certainly resonate this morning. My individual card reached my soul!! They are powerful. 💚💚

I get asked quite often does Ecotherapy still happen when its raining... the answer is yes! If the wind is too high or storms then it stops. We embrace the weather and layer up. There is something about hearing and feeling the rain in a session 💚

As an Ecotherapist I spend a lot of my time listening and supporting individuals self care for numerous reasons, which means as a therapist we need to look after ourselves even more. I have been neglecting this recently, but today my lunch break is spent resting in the hammock in the woods. Alone time is incredibly important and beneficial as to how we function on a daily basis 💚💚

Monday morning involves a walk and then cards, however, this morning was slower and no walk. We had a very busy weekend and my body is extremely tired and fighting the September viruses going around!! We do have to listen and not push to breaking point.

The cards today for you all are poignant separately and together. Its is the reminder to pause, receive the gratitude you provide for yourself and persist to encourage the practice to part of each day. Have a mindful Monday 💚💚
