Well I did it. I had to go and get a retirement doggy buddy.

She's an adorable 18month old toy cockerpoo. She is cute beyond belief, so playful and loving. So if you see us out and about please say hello to us.

I aim to be teaching yoga and enjoying life at 80 too, all being well, with a sprinkle of luck and a good wind behind me.

This is the year I turn 60 and I am grateful for my life and lessons. Learning, seeking, living, with help from loved ones along the way. I wish everyone I know, the health and courage to embrace their best times yet to come.

Chair yoga at St Mary's Church Parish Hall, Beverley, E. Yorkshire.

A gentle warm-up for the spine and upper body on this cold, damp Monday morning. It's a great way to start your week and get you going. Come for 10 am every week, then nip into town after, get your errands done and be home for the afternoon.

It's a nice accessible yoga class, which the students describe as having just enough of a challenge.

"I attended a 2 Stiff 4 Yoga chair yoga class in Beverley on 9.10.23. The class was wonderful. It was much more demanding than I had anticipated but Yvette always gave less strenuous options. Yvette provided us with relevant information throughout the class on what we were doing and what part of the body this would benefit. Her knowledge of anatomy was excellent."

At 2stiff4yoga? I am always thinking about ways to make my yoga teaching more inclusive and accessible or appropriate for all my students 🍃
I can now offer 2 payment routes: class by class, or a month's block discounted bookings

Paying for one class at a time has its advantages, as does paying for a month's worth of 4 or 5 classes. You can decide what you want to do for your month ahead

I can also accept several payment methods. You may even decide to set up a standing order and never have to bother about it again.
