We aim to provide the highest quality of service possible, with patient care at the forefront of everything we do. We have an experienced, friendly clinical and administrative team who are on hand to help and ensure our patients are treated equally and with respect. Our website has been designed to make sure patients can easily gain access to the information they need and keep up to date with new and information about the practice. At St Andrews Surgery, we have a zero-tolerance approach to abusive, violent or anti-social behavior towards our staff whether this be over the telephone or face to face within our practices.

Don’t worry it’s strictly festive fun and no patients were harmed or appointments disrupted in the making of this scene 🎄

Tommy and Elvie turned the corridor into their own North Pole bowling lane!

However, Elvie took strike a little too seriously… and decided to steal the bowling ball from Tommy!

No patients were delayed, no staff were harmed, and the only thing at risk was Elvie’s nice list status 🎅🏻

Today is Christmas Jumper Day 2025! Tommy and Elvie were caught in the office wearing their most festive Christmas jumpers to join in with a great cause ⭐️

A suspicious trail of crumbs through the practice led us to catching Tommy and Elvie red-handed in the staff room with some Festive Friday Fancies, using the tinsel as a tablecloth 🎂

We may never get the tinsel…or fancies…back!

Tommy and Elvie tried to take on the very serious responsibility of decorating the office Christmas tree 🎄

Unfortunately, the fairy lights had other ideas and after 45 minutes, 3 knots, 1 chair wobble, and a very suspicious tangle they’re officially defeated.

If you spot a slightly frazzled Tommy or a glowing bundle of lights trying to walk down the corridor please don’t be alarmed. It’s all part of the festive fun at the surgery! ✨

Today is Wear It Pink Day 🩷 an annual event inviting people to wear pink clothing or accessories to show their support for breast cancer awareness.

This campaign was launched in 2002 by Breast Cancer Now. For more information visit: www.breastcancernow.org/wear-it-pink

October is also Breast Cancer awareness month. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK and anyone can get it. Contact the GP Practice if you are concerned or notice any of the signs or symptoms.
