📢 St Andrews Surgery will be introducing a new system called Total Triage from Wednesday 1st October 2025. This makes it easier for patients to contact the Practice at a time convenient for them by submitting an online request form via AccuRX link, the Practice website or NHS App.

For those patients without online access, a member of the reception team will be able to complete the online request form over the phone for you.

You do not need to take any action or contact the Practice regarding this. The reception team will be on hand to help on the date the system changes over.
