The results are in. Congratulations, . Keith came to USRP 4 weeks ago and took on the Vo2 Max plan. The aim, simple, improve your Vo2 Max by 10-15% in 4 weeks. Making you a faster, more efficient runnier.
The results: initial test 48 post plan: 52.4 moving from very good to excellent!.
Along the way, Keith has set a new parkrun PB taking 7 seconds off his previous best. He also stripped over a minute off his course record at the Deep Dale Dash 10km last Sunday. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
