Woodlarks Camp site trust is a lovely campsite set in a beautiful part of Surrey. Their facilities adapted for physically disabled. NASCH has held many successful camping holidays there. It is the ideal opportunity to make new friends and renew friendships. While we are there, we have the use of the heated outdoor swimming pool and the lovely grounds are available for you to explore with wheelchair friendly paths. Outings and activities are arranged during the week, a BBQ and swimming most days. To see more about Woodlarks Campsite and their facilities please visit: https://woodlarks.org.uk . Please note that the campsite is on a hill so there are inclines to negotiate. Please ask me if you are unsure if itโs suitable for you.
Most our campers sleep in tents which are provided on site. However there are fixed number of beds available in the dormitory for those who feel the need for a little more comfort. (Please contact me re this as space is limited). There are mattresses and beds for use in the tents that are provided. There is also a dining room which is used to sit in during evenings and if the weather is wet, but it is always nice to sit outside to eat our meals if we can. We have activities during the day and some evenings with a party night and free time to relax and make new friends.
There is no limit to the number of places for which each club can apply. However each club must provide at least ONE COMPETENT AND RESPONSIBILE HELPER TO ENSURE THEIR CAMPERS ARE SUPERVISED, (the ratio must change if the needs of the club campers call for it). Itโs a first come first served basis should we our quota of numbers.
The camp fee for 2026 will be ยฃ240 per person. This covers accommodation, all meals and activities for the week. The Woodlarks camp fees that we are charged increase each year and we have adjusted ours too.
Please let Pam Crofts or Karen Brockwell know if you are interested by 1st at the latest so that we can reserve a place for you. Thereโs a NON-RETURNABLE DEPOSIT OF ยฃ30 PER PERSON unless illness warrants it this is then at the discretion of the committe.
Please note this holiday is for members of NASCH Clubs only. Hull Optimists has been affiliated for many years and several of our members have been toWoodlarks previously.
