One of my favourite gentle fibre supports is psyllium husk. It works like a sponge in the gut, helping to:

Simple things like eating regularly, responding to bowel urges, and supporting your nervous system help regulate the gut over time.

Many digestive issues I see aren’t caused by one single problem, but by the body being out of rhythm.

Restoring that rhythm is often where real change begins.

Why I eat broccoli sprouts every day 🥦

They’re one of the richest natural sources of sulforaphane — a compound that supports:

As a nutritional therapist, these are my NON-NEGOTIABLES for supporting my body, hormones, and overall wellbeing ✨

My daily/weekly foundations:
