Group fitness isn’t really about the workout.

It’s not the playlist.
It’s not the programming.
It’s not the perfectly timed intervals.

It’s about how people feel when they walk into the room… and how they feel when they leave.

For so many women, stepping into a fitness space can feel intimidating but when that space is safe, supportive, and genuinely welcoming, something powerful happens. Confidence grows, walls come down and people show up as themselves, not who they think they’re supposed to be.

In the right environment, women don’t just train, they support each other, lift each other up, and celebrate every win (big or small).

As coaches and instructors, we often focus on delivering the “perfect” session but the real impact comes from creating an atmosphere where people feel seen, respected, and encouraged.

Strength from the core goes far beyond ab workouts.

When we talk about “core strength,” most people picture toned abs. But for women, the core is so much deeper than that. It’s the centre of your body and the centre of your resilience.

Physically, your core includes the muscles that support your spine, pelvis, and posture. Building this strength improves balance, stability, and power in everyday life.

But there’s another layer.

Your internal core is your mindset, confidence, self-trust, and the ability to stand steady when life gets challenging. Just like physical strength, this kind of strength grows through consistency, support, and showing up for yourself.

That’s why my programme Strong From the Core incorporates more than just workouts. It brings together:
