‼️NEW VENUE TOMORROW‼️

Just a reminder that we’ll be at our new venue tomorrow (Friday) morning 🎉🎉

We’ll be weighing from 9.15 - 9.45am and then at 11 - 11.30am so you can come along to either session.

New year, 🎉new venue, new start 💪and a new you!! 🫶

If you’ve not been for a while, come back and get all the love and support from our friendly, welcoming and fun groups, you’ll love them!

If you’re new to Slimming World, come and let us show you how amazing this healthy eating plan is, it’s extremely flexible without ever having to feel hungry!

Morning everyone!

Exciting changes to our healthy plan are here ✨, and I’m really excited to share them with you 🤗

We’re saying goodbye to Syns and introducing Swips, there's a brand new healthy fats choice which includes nuts, olive oil and avocado! I love avocado so can’t wait to be including that as one of my healthy extras! 🥑🥜

These changes have been made to make our healthy eating plan even more flexible for you!

Come along to group tomorrow and you’ll be able to pick up your new book, and Iceland are giving 10% off your whole shop too 🎉

Let’s start off 2026 the best we can and feel healthier and happy this year!

I thought I’d re share this before and after picture with you all as a little reminder of what YOU can achieve.

It’s a before picture that I don’t like to look at. I really didn’t like myself back then and I certainly never wanted a photo taken of me! 🙈

Over the years I’ve grown in confidence, feel so much more healthier and I don’t spend all day eating with my emotions anymore as I’ve learnt and created new healthy habits for life.

So if you are thinking that you need to do something about your weight, please don’t just think about it like I did for years, do something about it.

I’m 5 stone 7lbs lighter and I wouldn’t change that for the world. I never thought I’d ever be slim but if you can try and believe in yourself, it’s the first step.

I would never have imagined that I’d ever be a Slimming World consultant and I’m so very grateful for the opportunity to be one, it’s the most amazing and rewarding role I’ve ever had.

So, a little bit of advice for you, make time for yourself, believe in yourself and never give up on your dreams 🫶

If I can do this, YOU can too ❤️

Morning you gorgeous lot! I hope you’ve all had a wonderful Christmas 🎄

Just a reminder that I’m holding the scales open tomorrow (Sunday) at the Rugby Club from anytime between 9.30am until 11.30am to give you all the flexibility of coming anytime in those two hours. This will be our last weigh in at the club before moving to our new venue on Friday 2 January!

You will also be able to get your copy of the new book tomorrow 🎉🎉 How exciting!!
