Today was one of my favourite sessions at The Treehouse Nurseries & Hunsley Primary!
After yoga, we took turns to talk positively to ourselves and share something we like and appreciate about the person next to us.. The children always blow me away with their answers. From some of the younger ones telling me they like their hair colour, eyes, or their friends t shirt, and the fact they like to play with them. To the older children telling their friends they appreciate their uniqueness, their kindness and generosity, to the talents they hold such as dance, flexibility and the way they make each other laugh. Sooo much love and appreciation, it makes me so happy! One little girl also told me she loved how I never shout, how calm I am and how much fun we have 🥲😭🩷 Feeling the loooooveee ###
