Massage therapies created with women in mind to rediscover inner calm and physical wellbeing. 9 years experience in pain relief, relaxing and anti-aging. Complementary Therapy was a great start to work as Spa Therapist in Fairmont and Old Course Hotel. Currently I work in well established Physiotherapy Clinic. Dear lovely customers,

The time has come to say goodbye.
As some of you already know, I’m moving to Edinburgh in the new year to start an exciting (and slightly scary!) new chapter. I feel incredibly lucky to have met so many kind, wonderful people through this little business. Thank you from the deepest part of my heart for your trust, your support, your loyalty, and for every single smile you brought through my way.

I’ll still be here offering massages in my usual weekend slots until the end of December 2025. There are still a few spaces left — if you’d like one last appointment (I’d love that), just drop me a message ♡ I’m going to miss you all more than words can say. With so much love and gratitude,

Does deep tissue massage have to be painful?

Deep tissue massage is associated with something hard and unpleasant. Despite working with the forearm, elbow, fist, or the base of the hand, my massage will always be exceptionally soft and gentle.

🔔Indications:
- Pain syndromes
- Lack of full mobility in joints, reduced tissue mobility
- Post-fracture, bruises, sprains
- Postoperative states, scars
- Rheumatic and degenerative diseases
- Neuralgia
- Stress, fatigue
- Prevention

👉A much better name would be a therapeutic massage, as it can be a very precise form of healing through touch.
