Happy December everyone ?

Looking forward to seeing some of you tomorrow evening 2nd December for Yoga at Knowstone Village Hall 6pm .
We have a new sequence for December 🧘‍♀️
We will be focusing on arms and shoulders this month. As usual modifications and variations will be given .
