So true. If like me, when the house starts to get a bit untidy I can't focus so easily. I try to declutter and not have so much stuff, even in cupboards and draws. Im sure we probably dont need a third of the stuff we all have! Decluttering is good for you. I love Reiki for so many reasons but 1 is helping me mentally clear out clutter, too much going through our minds, then we dont sleep well, or it makes us dream a lot, and then the knock-on effect of physical symptoms start to occur. Everyone's lives are so busy nowadays, but we all need a declutter every so often to keep us healthy. So even if you just clear out that kitchen draw you've been meaning to do or have a reiki session, it's all part of helping us mentally and physically improve.
