Very true. Sometimes we might react or make a decision without thinking and then regret what was said, or your reaction. Take a moment before you quickly react and think what your saying or doing.

Life is all so busy, racing around with work, looking after the house, cooking, shopping, children..you name it. And in the process we miss what is important to us because we don't stop to take a moment and appreciate what and who we have in our lives. So, just try to slow down and take a breathe and look, think about what's important to you, and if its a person that your with at that time then let them know. You'll feel better for slowing down.
