I really like this quote and I'm extremely fortunate to have people around me like this. I am so grateful to them all for being part of my journey. We all need positive people in our lives and sometimes you just have remove those that are negative as its not good for your soul. But, I dont mean friends that are going through a bad time as we all endure that and thats when you are the friend that picks them up. Just those that constantly drain your energy and pull you down.

What is Reiki? Well, I thought over the next few days I'd explain it a bit more and what each chakra does within the body.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes healing by channeling energy through a practitioner's hands to the recipient. It is a non-invasive, complementary therapy aimed at balancing the body's energy to enhance emotional, physical, and mental well-being.

Our body has 7 main chakra's in the human body running along the spine, from the tailbone to the crown of the head and each chakra has a different purpose within the body on both a physical and emotional level.

I love this quote so had to share. I am very fortunate and grateful to have amazing friends. We may not always see each other due to everyone's lives being busy but we all know we are there if needed and can just pick up where left off. Friendship is an amazing thing and something to be cherished.

This doesn't mean you drop people like a stone but sometimes you have to take time out from people that drain you for your own health and wellbeing and surround yourself with those that energise and lift you. It's not being selfish, its just you taking care of yourself for once.

Think a lot of us can relate to this, no matter how big or small your goal. So reverse your thinking and tell yourself how amazing it feels to get to your desired goal. Your more likely to achieve it then with confidence. So go for it!
