💫 Today is World Mental Health Day - serving a nice wee reminder that looking after our minds is just as important as caring for our bodies 🧠 🥰
Yesterday I touched on how yoga has been such a huge part of my own healing journey!! Helping me find calm, balance and light again whilst going through the most difficult time. Allowing me a space to feel grounded, connected and safe.
That’s exactly why I’m so passionate about sharing yoga with children and families 💫
Because when we teach our little ones how to move their bodies, breathe deeply and notice how they feel - we’re giving them tools they can carry for life.
