What are you grateful for?
Practising gratitude will help you look at things differently, and positive thinking will begin to become an instinctive response 🙏
😁 Surround yourself with positive people - your mood will improve and their behaviour will begin to infect you
🧠 Take care of yourself - if you eat well, exercise and get enough rest, you will feel healthier both physically and mentally
🫂 Help others - it's amazing what an effect volunteering and helping others can have on your mindset
🗣️ Give compliments - if you do it regularly (and sincerely), you'll develop an instinctive habit of "looking for the good"
📖 Read inspirational books and articles - loading yourself with positive material will change your mindset and gradually tip the scales in favour of the positive
🧲 Think of the Consequences - if you expect to fail at something, it's very likely you will. Don't set yourself up for failure!
🚧 Go for a goal - this will help you stay focused and motivate you to overcome obstacles
💪 Don't give up
