Last week I really enjoyed been out on the road checking in on the wonderful people we support and also supporting my new team members during their shadowing period. I don’t always get out and about as much as I’d like to so it’s been a real pleasure to catch up with everyone and also to ensure that we are continuing to deliver the best service possible to our clients, and as always I wasn’t disappointed (lots of positive feedback 😍) . Thank you to each of our clients and their family members who put their trust in us to provide you with the support you require and my amazing team who without them none of this would be possible🤩
