Introspicere Hypnotherapy

Introspicere Hypnotherapy Once you are ready to proceed with the hypnotherapy, I will guide you to experience deep, beneficial relaxation. Once deeply relaxed, amazing things can happen.

You will be seated on a comfy chair, many people enjoy using a light blanket, and listening to gentle and appropriate background music whilst relaxing. We will have discussed this prior to commencing hypnosis. Most often, whilst in this state, you will feel peaceful, euphoric, and ready to make beneficial changes. You will remain in control. In fact, you will have likely experienced the state of hypnosis many times before; when you are lost in thought; in a state of bliss; deeply engaged in a book or a film. It is actually a completely natural state. When this state is harnessed, wonderful, beneficial changes can be made. Hypnotherapy is very much about the client/therapist partnership and the mind-body connection. If you want to find deep relaxation, change negative mind-sets, free yourself from unwanted thoughts and feelings, and make positive beneficial changes in a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment, try hypnotherapy. Book a free, no obligation, phone consultation to find out more.

Pride month celebrates and raises awareness of those who identify as LGBTQIA+
We should all value diversity and appreciate and respect the values, beliefs and cultures of others. Let's teach our children to respect and celebrate difference in others. Let's educate our children to be kind to themselves as well as others. Let's be the best role models for our children.
It is so important to our mental health to be able to self-express authentically.
There are over 7,000 languages in the world, but there is only 1 race - the human race!

Good morning,
I have recently started voluntary work and wanted to share the power of volunteering.
Did you know that volunteering helps with your own mental health?
Volunteering can increase self-confidence and self-esteem. It helps you to feel connected and part of something. Dopamine is released which reduces stress and helps with positivity.
Doing something for others is the start of doing something for yourself.

Ensuring the bedroom is quiet, comfortable and at a temperature of between 60 to 68 degrees Fahrenheit.

Having a warm bath/shower an hour before bed.
Hypnotherapy.
If, changing your sleeping habits doesn't help you get a good night's sleep and if lack of sleep is interfering with your ability to function, please contact your GP.

I hope that you managed to get some sunshine today.
Spending time in the garden has been found to reduce mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.
Gardening connects us with nature and there are profound benefits to feeling connected with nature.
As well as being a mindful occupation - living in the moment and enjoying the plants and trees that are blooming today, gardening provides exercise. Exercise releases endorphins which make us feel good.
Gardening in the sunshine has wonderful benefits, sunlight increases serotonin which is a mood boosting hormone.
If you don't have access to a garden, try spending time in the sunshine to boost feelings of calmness and wellbeing.
Be sure to practise sun safety!

For a lot of people tests, exams and interviews cause anxiety and stress.
Some strategies to help before a test include - ensuring that you eat healthily and keep hydrated, having a bit of a light work-out , crunching on chewy food (this can help regulate emotions), gargling, , humming , singing and chanting.
A great way to help is by future pacing. This is used a lot in hypnotherapy. For test worries, it involves visualising yourself on the day of the test - seeing yourself as confident in achieving your goals, waking up after a great night's sleep, enjoying a breakfast with a smile on your face and walking confidently into the test feeling calm, clear- headed, ready, optimistic and successful. The more all the senses are employed to make the visualisation feel real, the better it is. It can be referred to as a positive mental rehearsal and can be very powerful indeed.
Imagination is a wonderful tool in remodeling our life.

So, today I was on my dog walk. About half an hour in, I realised I had walked on automatic pilot. Totally focused on my own internal dialogue. I realised that I hadn't been mindful at all. I hadn't seen the blossom on the trees, the tall grasses waving in the wind, nor the clumps of bluebells. Bringing my mind to the present, I noted 5 things I could see, 4 things I could hear, 3 things I could feel, 2 things I could smell and something I could taste. This is a grounding technique.
Being in the present brought me great joy.
Grounding is an excellent technique to help you move away from unwanted thoughts feelings and emotions.

Let's celebrate diversity. It's not about fitting in, it's about feeling you belong.
When we feel supported and connected , we can be more resilient and coping becomes easier.

Have you ever been so immersed in an activity that you have lost sense of time?
This is called the flow state, a state that's pleasant, enjoyable and motivating. It's part of mindfulness where you are positively living in the moment and whilst ever you are living in the present, you are not focusing on the past or the future - so you are not worrying about either.
There are a large number of benefits. You can expect to feel calm, clear, non-distracted, energised and happy. It helps with greater creativity and benefits mental and physical health.
Some activities that may bring on a flow state include:sports, crafts, arts, playing an instrument, reading and gardening.
Make sure the task you choose is neither too easy nor too hard..... and just go with the flow!

If you can't manage to laugh today, please make sure you find some time for relaxation and good self care.
