✅Your hips flexors, quads and adductors ENGAGE which stabilises your hips and knees

CONFESSIONS OF AN INDIAN YOGA TEACHER

I’m one of very few Indian Yoga teachers in the UK; ironic given the birth place of Yoga is India 🇮🇳

I don’t “fit” the mainstream industry and often misunderstood. Through Yoga, I expand consciousness, and this hasn’t quite caught on yet

I see Western society adopting practices and rituals that were taught to me as a child; for example, natural healing remedies- Where you do think your Turmeric Latte derived from? It wasn’t a 21st century creation 🌱

There’s an assumption I’m highly meditated all the time; well newsflash 📸, Im human, I have emotions, I have challenges and through that, I keep doing what I enjoy, and it seems to be working 🤩

Eventually I will leave UK; I’ve felt this from very young age. My heart is calling elsewhere; I don’t know where yet.

I feel the TRUE spirit of Yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ has been diluted; my purpose is to change to that 🧠
