At Right at Home North Leeds, Otley & Horsforth, our team has access to all the training they need to provide the best care. From the Care Certificate and classroom training, to specialist courses like NVQs/RQF's, Catheter & Stoma care, Mental Health First Aid, and 70+ online courses – we’ve got it covered.

Every day, kindness is at the heart of what we do. From baking biscuits and taking people out, to being a friendly face, sharing smiles, playing games, listening, and valuing every story - we make sure each person is treated with dignity and care.

Every client is special, and today was a beautiful reminder that kindness isn’t just a day… it’s something we choose, practice, and share every single day. ✨

A brilliant day at the Care Show at Elland Road today!
A huge thank you to the organisers for hosting such a well-run and engaging event, and to all the exhibitors who brought so much insight and new ideas to the day.

Rachel, Managing Director at Right at Home North Leeds, Otley and Horsforth attended two excellent sessions - one delivered by the CQC, and another focused on staff wellbeing. Both were packed with useful takeaways, updates and sparked plenty of positive discussion.

Earlier this year, Right at Home North Leeds, Otley and Horsforth took part in an independent WorkBuzz survey, asking our clients about their experience with our care team.

We’re incredibly proud to announce that 100% of our clients in North Leeds and Otley agreed their carers responded effectively when their needs changed. 💙

This result reflects the dedication, compassion, and adaptability of our amazing care team - always putting clients first, every step of the way.

👏 Employee Appreciation Spotlight at Right at Home North Leeds, Otley and Horsforth! 👏

Today we had the lovely Mandy stop by and choose some hand cream from our Employee Appreciation Station!

In homecare, our team is constantly washing hands and using hand sanitiser - so a little extra care goes a long way.

This small token is just one way we say thank you for the compassion, hard work and kindness our staff bring to every visit.

We look after our Clients selflessly so it’s only right we look after each other ❤️

Today Ellie took one of our lovely clients out for a coffee date, complete with a perfectly pointy witch’s hat 👒🖤 Because who says you can’t add a little enchantment to your everyday cuppa?!

🌿 Going Green with Otley BID and Eco Boost My Business! 🌿

Earlier this month, Rachel went along to the Eco Boost My Business event. A big thank you to .bid, Rachelle from and Pippa at Etempa - It was brilliant! 💡

We talked about practical ways to cut our carbon footprint, save energy, and make our businesses more sustainable. Rachel came away with some great ideas that she can start putting into action straight away alongside all the amazing things Right at Home North Leeds, Otley and Horsforth are doing already!

It was also lovely to meet other local business owners who are passionate about keeping Otley green and thriving. 💚
