The boring side of the business..
Please ensure youโve read the below if you have an event with us, or plan to book with us.
- Your event is not secured in our diary without a deposit. We cannot reserve dates and send multiple event quotes for the same date. Itโs your responsibility to ensure youโve secured your event with us ASAP.
- Your event balance is due AT LEAST two days before your event date. This is the full event balance as your deposit is held as a damage deposit. The deposit does not come off the event total. You will be sent a polite reminder email the week of your event. If you do not pay your event balance before your event date, I will now not even be loading the van with the equipment and will not attend. It is your repeatability to pay for your event before we attend- I will not be chasing payments.
- No booking form, no event. I need your booking form at least a week before your event.
- Access to your event. We donโt mind a a little walk or a flight of stairs, but please advise us at the time of booking so we can allow extra time. We have very limited time and cannot be carrying large and heavy equipment for miles or up stairs. We will refuse set up, should access be an issue and you have not advised us prior.
- Give us more time! You want your dream event but we only have 30 minutes to set up.. most events take longer than this and it ends up that weโre all flapping, including you, when your guests are arriving and the sausage rolls are not out and the personalisation is not on the ball pool!
