It’s time to gather!

We are holding a community fast from Monday 20th April.
Join for 3 or 5 days.

Get together at on 25th 8am.

Is it discipline or devotion?
Maybe it’s both for you.

We have been fasting consistently for a couple of years. This will be my 6th seasonal 5 day water fast. We wanted to get some people together and what better way than to collab!

Alex :
“Fasting for me is like resetting my body and most importantly my mind.
I gain complete mental clarity during the process and have often made some pretty pivotal decisions while in the process. I look at eating / food differently since my last 5 day fast. It’s a game changing experience.”

Louise :
“I love food probably more than your average person. I love cooking for friends and sharing over a big table full of love.
These fasts are about clarity and devotion to myself. Discipline through discomfort. Food is a big comfort and joy for me, taking that away gives me huge awareness for things I’m avoiding.”

Your breath is a direct feedback loop to your nervous system.

Short + quick breaths = fear/danger/sympathetic

Low + slow breaths = safety/trust/parasympathetic

Quick fixes :

• Switch from mouth to nose breaths.
• Low down into the belly, using the diaphragm.
• Slowing your inhale and exhale down.
• Relaxing your shoulders and jaw.

Give your body the signal it’s safe.
Using way less energy!
Making way more capacity for life.

Always remember, you’re in control ✨

There’s a lot of care and consideration that goes into events. Seeing the impact it has and the way people leave us is such a pleasure. We couldn’t be more grateful for those wanting to spend the day and trusting us to hold space for them.

On this retreat we had the cosy restful moments indoor and getting out of comfort zones in the outdoor aspects. Sharing our goals for 2026 in the sauna.

The weather really did show up for us!

Days like that make what we do an utter joy.

Strong women, leading women to strength.

International Women’s Day today and I have been at multiple events across the week. Speaking to and hearing from a diverse group of utterly incredible women.

It’s has been a big celebration of and for women!!

And rightly so, if you ask me.

To the women we already are.
To the women we know we can be.
To the women we are working hard to grow into.

The versions past, present and future.

To the motivators, silent workers, inspiration takers, show’er uppers, listeners, strength givers, space holders.

Receiving, holding or giving, it’s always a WE ♥️

Women are beyond incredible to me! ♥️

Throughout the month in between TETHER, we are carving out time to PAUSE!

New session added to the diary!

Online - Sent out the day after each session

How it works:
You either come see me and join us in the studio, or buy online to work through the practices and workbook at your own speed.

Anyone joining in person will gain access to the online offering.

Each month we focus on a theme.

Our first theme : New Beginnings

Breathwork practices to engage with deep rest.
Mindset tools to strengthen awareness and clarity.
Meditation for integration, grounding, safety and presence.

It’s structured, it’s gentle and a resource you can come back to whenever you need!
