“Isn’t yoga basically just Pilates?”
I hear this aaaalllll the time 😄
They might look similar… but they work your mind and body in totally different ways.
Pilates gives you strength and support.
Yoga gives you space and calm.
Together? You feel strong AND supple. Grounded AND energised.
Since combining both in my own practice over the last 18 months, I feel SO much stronger and more confident.. not just in my body but in my mind too! 🧠💪🏼
So now I teach both… because you shouldn’t have to choose. 🤷🏼♀️
