ADELE LOST 16LB AND FEELS AMAZING 🔥
Adele came to me struggling to lose weight in midlife.
She had tried dieting and exercising on her own but wasn’t getting anywhere and felt stuck. 😢
She wasn’t sure if peri-menopause/menopause was the reason behind it. 🤔
Her weight affected her confidence, so she lived in leggings and long baggy t-shirts to cover her bum and middle aged spread (her words)! 😭
Adele was driving for long hours for work, she was sometimes on the road for 13 hours, so she grabbed convenience food while out and about.
She didn’t know what or how much she should be eating to lose weight.
Here’s what we did:
Firstly, I looked at Adele’s nutrition and I got her planning her meals and prepping them in advance, so that she could take ‘on the go food’ with her…
Food that supports her goals and not a sandwich, packet of crips and a chocolate bar from a garage!
This has been a GAME CHANGER for her! 💯
Adele barely got any movement due to her long hours, so we looked at ways in which she could increase her daily activity. 🚶🏼♀️
Adele had some knowledge around training, but wasn’t sure which exercises would get her the toned look she wanted.
We set her a structured strength training programme and since then, she has done the work and got great results. 🔥
I’ve been by her side daily (online) ensuring that she kept showing up in some way. 🏋️🚶♀️
Adele now feels AMAZING and toned all over. 💪🏼
She no longer hides in baggy t-shirts since her waist has shrunk and her bum is now peachy! 🍑
She had the confidence and courage to go all-in on her dream career, and is now loving life, feeling happy and free.
