ADELE LOST 16LB AND FEELS AMAZING 🔥

Adele came to me struggling to lose weight in midlife.

She had tried dieting and exercising on her own but wasn’t getting anywhere and felt stuck. 😢

She wasn’t sure if peri-menopause/menopause was the reason behind it. 🤔

Her weight affected her confidence, so she lived in leggings and long baggy t-shirts to cover her bum and middle aged spread (her words)! 😭

Adele was driving for long hours for work, she was sometimes on the road for 13 hours, so she grabbed convenience food while out and about.

She didn’t know what or how much she should be eating to lose weight.

Here’s what we did:

Firstly, I looked at Adele’s nutrition and I got her planning her meals and prepping them in advance, so that she could take ‘on the go food’ with her…

Food that supports her goals and not a sandwich, packet of crips and a chocolate bar from a garage!

This has been a GAME CHANGER for her! 💯

Adele barely got any movement due to her long hours, so we looked at ways in which she could increase her daily activity. 🚶🏼‍♀️

Adele had some knowledge around training, but wasn’t sure which exercises would get her the toned look she wanted.

We set her a structured strength training programme and since then, she has done the work and got great results. 🔥

I’ve been by her side daily (online) ensuring that she kept showing up in some way. 🏋️🚶‍♀️

Adele now feels AMAZING and toned all over. 💪🏼

She no longer hides in baggy t-shirts since her waist has shrunk and her bum is now peachy! 🍑

She had the confidence and courage to go all-in on her dream career, and is now loving life, feeling happy and free.

Working with Adele has been a pleasure. 🥰

I genuinely couldn’t wish for a more hardworking, dedicated client. 🫶

How much does it really cost to get in shape? 🤔

You don’t think twice about spending money on your fancy cappuccinos, lattes and those little packs of biscuits you can’t resist. ☕️

Or your latest hyperfocus, before you move onto the next one! 🤪

A few quid here and a few quid there - it all adds up! 💷

All the money you’re spending to make yourself feel ‘better’…

Buying expensive shoes, clothes and bags…

It’s to mask the real issue…

3 months training with no results but 2 weeks with us and guess what? 🚀

So many women are jumping on weight loss injections right now.

They might help you lose weight short term…⚠️

BUT

they don’t teach you the actions, habits and behaviours that are going to lead to long term sustainable results. 😡

I believe there’s a better way to lose fat where you don’t have to:

❌Inject yourself
❌Slash calories crazily low
❌Cut out carbs
❌Give up chocolate
❌Avoid alcohol
❌Drink meal replacement shakes
❌Do endless cardio
❌Count points or syns

Steal my No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies if you want a filling nutritious snack 😋

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup/100g rolled oats 🥣
- 1/2 cup/90g natural peanut butter 🥜 (other nut butters like cashew or almond would work)
- 1/4 cup/80g maple syrup 🍯 (or honey)
- 1 scoop PhD Chocolate Brownie Smart Protein Powder 🍫 (or cocoa powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌿
- A pinch of sea salt 🧂

METHOD 🧑‍🍳:

1. Roast oats in air fryer at 200 for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder and sea salt.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
5. Scoop out small balls of the mixture, flatten and shape them into cookies - I used a cookie cutter.
6. Place the cookies on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
7. Enjoy your healthy, no-bake chocolate peanut butter cookies as a nutritious snack!

This made 15 cookies.

I fell off wagon - I’ll restart Monday! ❌

I’ll bet there’s a lot of women feeling guilty for eating some sweets last night due to Halloween. 🍬🍡

Especially if you have ADHD, you might have struggled to stop at just a few. 😳

You’re thinking 👇

“I’ve been good all week and I’ve fallen off wagon”

“I’ve ruined it now”

“I’ll get back on it Monday”

Here’s the thing:

There is no wagon‼️

You don’t need to “get back on it” ⚠️

You don’t need to “restart” ❌

If you ate well all week but had some sweets last night, so what? 🤷‍♀️

You enjoyed Halloween. 🎃👻

There is no need to throw towel in rest of this weekend.

Your next meal can be a nutritious one. 🥔🍗🥕

If you cracked your phone screen, you wouldn’t then beat it with a hammer until it’s smashed to bits would you? 🤔

The same applies with your nutrition.

This ‘all or nothing’ pattern is what’s keeping you stuck. 💯

Eating rabbit food all week then overeating on weekends‼️

Imagine if you built a balanced approach that actually fits your life?👇

👉 One where you can still enjoy meals out, family time, and treats on weekends without throwing your goals out the window.

You don’t need to “restart” every Monday if you never fully lose the plot on your weekends.

Progress comes from consistency, not perfection. 🙌🏻

I’ve felt the guilt rising this week as I’ve drove about and seen all the fancy decorations some houses have put up! 👻🎃💀

Lights outside

Blow up ghosts

Coffins

Spider webs

Skeletons

The lot!

We’ve carved a pumpkin, put two spider webs on windows and shoved a few fairy lights on fire place!!!!

And it’s easy to fall into the comparison trap. 😥

I should have made more effort❗️

I should have made the house look better❗️

BUT

I had to remind myself…

My life is different and so are my priorities, and that’s ok. 🫶

This week has been tough and quite frankly exhausting!🥹

I’m taking the win that I’ve done something and I’ve spent quality time with my daughter, and been present…

That’s worth more than fancy decorations and fairy lights! 🥰

Training but not getting results? 😤

When it comes to losing fat and building muscle, nutrition plays a crucial role that can’t be overlooked. ❌

Many people believe that hitting the gym for an hour is enough to achieve their goals, but without the right nutrition, the results will fall short. 💯

Weight loss happens when you burn more calories than you consume, and that’s mostly managed through your diet. ⚖️

You can’t out-exercise a poor diet; no matter how hard you train‼️

In fact, nutrition can account for up to 80% of your fat loss results.

The quality of your food matters too…

Whole, nutrient-dense foods provide the vitamins, minerals, and macronutrients your body needs to perform well in the gym and recover properly. 🍗🥔🥕🥑

Protein, in particular, is key for muscle growth and repair, while balanced carbs and fats help sustain energy levels. 💪🏼

Consistency in your nutrition and workouts is what leads to sustainable fat loss and muscle building - not just effort in the gym alone.
