Online blood bookings at Community Diagnostic Centres

From Tuesday 30th September there will be some small changes to the way new patients register for the first time with the online booking system to book blood tests for Seacroft, Armley and Beeston Community Diagnostic Centres.

If patients are using the system for the first time, they will need to create an NHS login. This is due to a new requirement from NHS England. This is now a simple and easy process, all patients need is: -

Email address
Landline or mobile
Postcode
Date of Birth
Name or NHS number

If patients have used the online booking system before, they can carry on logging in with their existing details.
