World Menopause Day, celebrated annually on 18 October, aims to raise awareness of menopause and the support available for health and wellbeing. Menopause is a natural stage in every woman’s life and marks the start of a new chapter. While it is a normal transition, it can bring challenges such as hot flushes, night sweats, brain fog, and mood changes that may affect daily life.
What’s important to remember is: you’re not alone, and support is out there. Talking about menopause helps break the silence, build understanding, and remind women that this stage doesn’t define them it empowers them. 🌿
Let’s create space for honest conversations, compassion, and self-care.
If you’re going through menopause (or know someone who is), take time to listen, learn, and show kindness. ❤️
