Humble pie…

There are so many moments in your life where what you consciously want will require humility from you.

This past month it’s something I saw countless times in client sessions, and in my own life.

The humble space between who we’ve been, who we are, and who we’re becoming.

Authenticity asks for it.
Fulfilment asks for it.
Love, purpose, success…they all ask for the same thing:

The willingness to recognise where we’re in our own way.
And the courage to receive feedback that reveals what we can’t see ourselves.

The humility to accept we may be in our own way, and the humility to listen and receive feedback from others.

People can see our blind spots much better than we can.

Sometimes we need that feedback to look at the misalignment or the ways we are still project the past onto the present…whilst wanting the future to be different.

Humility doesn’t operate in the ego’s narrow frame of judging.

Humility is devoted to growing into total harmony conscious desires.

The past month really held a mirror to the parts we try to look away from.

It took us to the very roots of our wounds and asked us not to look away, but to be humble.

What do you want?
Who do you get to be to have that…and sustain it?

Don’t let pride get in the way.

The first half of life is about learning the rules of survival. Then if you’re lucky, the second half is about remembering who you really are and embracing your capacity to thrive.

…Through change.

You carry your own evolutionary potential.
But transformation isn’t passive.
It asks for both surrender and action.

We are cyclical beings, constantly evolving.

So what in your life is no longer in alignment with what you want for your future & who you get to become to experience that?

Change is one of the only things we can truly count on.
And resistance to this natural cycle, leaves you feeling stuck.

You can’t really be stuck because you’re alive…
But you might want to stop pretending you don’t know what wants to shift…
So you can change it and stop *feeling* stuck
🤪

There is no real risk in pursuing your dreams only perceived risks.
But you won’t know that unless you act…

There will be initial discomfort — but this is good! It’s a sign of growth.

We’re too comfortable these days. Too used to getting it all as we want it when we want it.

It feels really good to work towards a thing!

The real risk is in staying still, letting time pass, and convincing yourself that someday you’ll be “ready enough” or “good enough” to finally act.

Because every time you move with life, you gather evidence that your intuition and your dreams will always carry you somewhere more beautiful than your ego could ever comprehend.
