The first half of life is about learning the rules of survival. Then if you’re lucky, the second half is about remembering who you really are and embracing your capacity to thrive.

…Through change.

You carry your own evolutionary potential.
But transformation isn’t passive.
It asks for both surrender and action.

We are cyclical beings, constantly evolving.

So what in your life is no longer in alignment with what you want for your future & who you get to become to experience that?

Change is one of the only things we can truly count on.
And resistance to this natural cycle, leaves you feeling stuck.

You can’t really be stuck because you’re alive…
But you might want to stop pretending you don’t know what wants to shift…

This is more than the lunar eclipse. This is your life, and there’s always going to be a million ways to convince yourself to wait.

But there’s always going to be one really important reason to take action.

This is your mission.
Your dream.
Your calling.

This has come from WITHIN you and it’s yours to nurture!

Tend to your dreams gurl….

Why let this be the thing that gets pushed into an elusive moment in the future?

Authenticity > Perfection

The easiest way your ego keeps your reality the same is to freeze action.

It creates this belief that you need to be “more ready” or wait until… *kitchen reno/ 3 months from now / after the Christmas holiday….* BEFORE taking action.

Really, action is what creates your readiness.
In the same way motivation comes AS you get into movement…

Basically, go take action on the thing you know you want to take action on.

Quit playing games with your own heart and flaking on yourself…

And get to work creating a relationship with yourself wheee you feel feel totally safe and seen, by having follow through with your own goddambeuatiful dreams!

Who else is craving simple and authentic living?

Culture is starved of it.
There’s an aesthetic for everything.
Natural beauty isn’t even natural a lot of the time.
Social media has assigned endless complexities to health
Healing has become a form of escaping life
AI is morphing people’s voices and becoming a persons greatest confident

😬I say all that and check myself…it’s too easy to say the problem is always out there. Some elusive other…that’s how war starts.

Are you at war with yourself?
Because if we’re all craving authenticity where is the grip to perfection still present in your life?

Authenticity and perfection are at odds with one another.

I’ve been meeting this myself. Self judgments. Where I’m the one complicating things.

And I’m grateful I have great discernment, self reflection, reliability and somatic tools to quickly bring myself back into presence and authenticity.

The sun is in Virgo with the South Node illuminating our shadow. Our personal and collective shadow of perfectionism.

The pressure of always trying to get it right, look your best, create the conditions for you to feel worthy of being seen, loved, succeeding…

This is a month to cut toxic patterns and return to your soul’s authentic evolution. Like all life - you are coded and designed to evolve. Bring light (love) to your shadow. No fight, no drama. Loving awareness. Evolve it with new responses - this is in the body. It is somatic & it is practical.
