So many of the clients I work with are stretched too thin; existing in states of high stress, anxiety and teering on burnout. They are always switched ON, always thinking of what they need to do next and struggle to let s**t go!
They are at the bottom of their own to do list!
If this is you, STOP just for 5 minutes. BREATHE a few deep breaths. Allow the shoulders to drop; the mind to quieten and the body to be still.
