🧘‍♂️ when I started my teacher training in January 2025 I could do none of this! Regular practice has changed my body & my mind & I cannot wait to get teaching!! I’ve met 24 amazing 🤩 women who will all make incredible teachers.. it’s our penultimate weekend over Easter 🐣 & it was the best decision I have ever made 😀😀😀😀

Hot Vinyasa Flow that always leaves me feeling stronger, grounded, and inspired. I first met Kevin years ago when he was my PT , and his knowledge of human anatomy 💪🦶🏼🦵🏼👊has always been next level. 👏
🫶🏻You can truly feel that every flow he delivers is designed with purpose and care for the body.👍
Kevin brings a calm, humble energy to every class, alongside a real depth of knowledge. 🕉️
☯️As I continue deepening my own understanding of anatomy to deliver safe and accessible classes, I feel incredibly grateful to learn from teachers like him.
💯 One of the most inspiring teachers I’ve had — delivering each flow with wisdom, intention, and authenticity.

Choosing wisely 💛 choosing to not watch the news and sit on the sofa. Choosing to get out into nature & give my brain some nourishment for the day ahead of me. It’s the choices we make that creates the internal dialogue which is constant in an adhd brain like mine 🤪. Thoughts create stories that shape our beliefs about the world around us. Today I choose sunshine ☀️ trees 🌲 & a blackbird catching its breakfast 🪱 💓 plus some affirmations for the day 💓💓💓
