“O Nanak, don’t be anxious; the Lord will take care of you.”

Some days that line hits deeper than others. Life gets heavy, responsibilities, emotions, the noise in our heads. But Gurbani has a way of grounding us again. It’s a gentle reminder that we’re not alone, and we don’t have to carry it all by ourselves.

Sikhi teaches us to trust in Hukam (divine will) that even in chaos, there’s a bigger plan at work. It’s not easy, but letting go a little and remembering Waheguru can bring peace in ways nothing else can.

Today on World Mental Health Day, let’s be kinder to ourselves. Let’s pause… do some simran, talk to someone, or just sit quietly and breathe. Looking after the mind and soul Waheguru ji gave us is seva too 💛
