The role of a facilitator during a breathwork session is multi-faceted. At the start of a session it is helpful to have someone to help guide your breathing and to stay focused on the breath, but as the session develops it is our role to be a safe and stable presence to allow deeper feelings and emotions to develop, and guide the process as needed. ❤️

What is breathwork!? This is probably the most common question we get when we tell people what we do! 😂

Breathwork has the potential to produce incredibly powerful and transformative experiences, just through a process of conscious connected breathing. It can allow us to access and dissolve mental, physical and emotional blockages, and allow a deep connection to held or repressed emotions and traumas, and allow them to release in a safe and controlled way.

In your first session we will guide you through the technique and facilitate your process in a safe and trauma informed environment.
