We begin our week on TUESDAY 3rd MARCH: 7.00-8.30pm when we continue with the weekly study group BREAKING THE HABIT OF BEING YOURSELF.
Stiana Hubert invites you to this community study group of Dr Joe Dispenza's powerful book, “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself.”
This group is for anyone who is ready to:
+ Understand the deeper layers of this work
+ Change limiting patterns
+ Explore the connection between mind and body
+ Experience meditation in a safe, supportive environment
+ Share insights with a community of people on the same path
Each week will include a mixture of:
• Reading and exploring key concepts
• Group discussion
• Reflective sharing
• Guided meditations suggested with the work Practical tools to apply in your daily life
This is not just a book study - it's a space to learn, embody, and transform.
The intention of this group is to deepen understanding, build community, and create a supportive environment where growth becomes easier and more meaningful.
This is a donation event and open to anyone who anyone who feels to join.
Our regular WELLNESS WEDNESDAY continues on 4th MARCH, 10.00-12.00pm. Gentle meditation and reflection. If you wish to bring some inspirational text to share, then please feel to.
Minimum £5 donation on the door. All welcome.
Also on 4th MARCH, 7.00-9.00pm we welcome you to THE SOLUTION HUB - POTENTIAL WELLBEING CENTRE.
The intention for this event is to present a potential for regular health and wellbeing events, which may lead to a hub, open to the public.
The invitation initially is for practitioners and professionals to meet at Shambala Community Space, as part of the Solution Hub, to share a vision for the future and to gather professionals who are interested in creating a Health and Wellbeing network and / or hub.
No need to book, please turn up on the evening. Bring any literature, cards and flyers.
The focus is on practical and proven therapies and health treatments.

We finish our week on Saturday 7th MARCH, 3.00-5.00pm with SELF LIBERATION WORKSHOP with Gem Boord.
Self Liberation is a practice and a way of being.
It is a journey into the heart of self-knowledge.
What to expect from the workshop:
Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Breath Work, Embodied Movement, Relaxation, Group Sharing, Connection 2 hours broken into 4 sections. You can take a break at any time if you need to.
Step 1. Preparation and Introduction to the Seven Keys
Step 2. Pair Work
Step 3. Group practice
Step 4. Group Sharing and Integration
About Gem:
