JOB ALERT !!!
Our Northampton based client are looking to recruit a full time Admin Support temp. This role will be a 2-6 month temp contract.
OR
3 days need to be worked from the Northampton office, ideally Monday to Wednesday. 2 days can be worked from home.
Duties and responsibilities
• Manage supplier requests for staff etc and generate them through an Excel spreadsheet/mail merge process (training will be given)
• Email requests to suppliers, and deal with any questions
• Assist helpdesk team with any reporting/admin queries
Skills and experience
• Candidate should be competent in Excel e.g vlookups, basic formulas
• Ensure all administration processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
• Prioritise activities in line with operational requirements to ensure that service criteria and operational deadlines are achieved
Skills and experience, preferrably :
• 1-2 years experience within an Administrative role
• 1 year experience within a customer facing role
• Computer literate
• Communication skills - verbal & written
• Ability to follow work procedures
• Fluent in English
• Tenacious with a can do attitude and the ability to work alone
