What really makes people happy?

KINDNESS.

Just a smile, a touch
or a compliment is KINDNESS.

To be really kind and caring we must LISTEN.

Listening is a skill just like anything else we learn
which means we can learn to listen.

We are so switched off
in a world full of technology and distractions
let's take the time to be present and really listen.

Here are some steps to become an active listener.

Listen be attentive.

Make good eye contact.

Don't interrupt when the other person is speaking to you and show an interest In what is being
communicated.

Do not check your phone or tablet in the middle of
a conversation.

Don’t impose your opinions or solutions unless you are asked.

DO NOT JUDGE, BE KIND.❤
