with a diagnosis of autism, Asperger's, learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge, based in the heart of the community. Are you looking for a placement for an individual
who has needs that challenge a service? Freedom Active is a family operated, life skills training facility and we pride ourselves on delivering person

alised care and support to optimise service user engagement. We are currently looking for referrals for our new facility in Rothley, Leicestershire. Our staff members have experience of working with individuals who have:

� Autistic Spectrum Conditions
� Learning Disabilities
� ADHD
� Personality Disorder
� Mental Health Conditions
All our staff receive mandatory and specialist training in:
� ASD
� Asperger’s Syndrome
� Personality Disorder
� Breakaway, de-escalation, preventative measures and physical intervention (PRICE)
� Working with Challenging Behaviour
� We are an outcomes focused training centre, and each service user has their own individual learning plan. This helps our service users develop the skills that enable each individual to tackle everyday challenges. We blend serious learning with fun activities to create a seamless transition between the service user’s homes and our learning environment, creating happiness, achievement and fulfilment in each person's life.
