Are you filling your own cup……

or is your energy being used to keep everyone else’s full?

So many women give and give and give,
until there’s nothing left for themselves.
But you were never meant to run on empty.
You were never meant to earn rest.
You were never meant to disappear in service to others.

The question isn’t why am I exhausted?
It’s where am I leaking my energy?

And the shift doesn’t have to be dramatic.
It can look like:
Saying no without explaining
Taking a pause before saying yes
Choosing rest without guilt
Giving from overflow, not depletion

Today, ask yourself:
What would it look like to choose me first, just a little more?
