Wowzers… been a busy couple of weeks! Not
Managed to post about last week, so here is a combo post!

Last week, we completed ‘setting up tents’ in a local park. ⛺️

This week, we made our own lunches & walked down the canal to another park. Our young people loved being out in the sunshine, taking photos of flora and fauna & fussing lots of dogs on their daily walk. 🧺 🐕 🌺 💦 ☀️

We talked about team work and what that means:

Another great morning out with Castle Mead Academy ✨
This one was misty and foggy and rainy 💦 but equally as brilliant! Scholars were incredible with our largest crew so far.. 10 scholars!

Good morning,

I am a former primary and now secondary teacher with experience in working with young people with SEND & in alternative provision.

I am an In the Wild coach and work with young people people to improve their well-being and confidence outside the classroom, in nature where they can learn skills in emotional regulation, connect with nature, learn how to be present & adopt tools to take back into the classroom.
