When everything feels like it’s unraveling

You are not breaking

The old systems of control and separation are dissolving

Because you are still holding the memory of density

You are not here to fight the storm

Frozen Music: The Sacred Union of Sound and Stone

They didn’t build them to impress.
They built them to remember.

Long before microphones and recording studios…
before software, plugins, or synthesized tones…
there were songs that lived in the stone.
And some knew how to listen.

The great cathedrals of Europe were never just buildings.
They were instruments.
They were transmission chambers for light and sound…
carved in harmony with the divine geometry of music.

You can feel it when you walk inside.
Your body becomes a tuning fork.
The arches lift your breath.
The rose windows sing in silence.
And the organ pipes… when they play…
do not just make sound…
they unfold memory.

Because what you are hearing… is not a song.
It is a structure of truth.
A harmonic equation etched in frequency…
and frozen in form.

This is what Goethe meant
when he said, “Architecture is frozen music.”
Because the builders weren’t copying beauty.
They were encoding vibration.
They were giving form to what the soul already knew.

Every petal of a rose window…
every spiral of the apse…
every echo in the nave…
was part of a larger score…
a composition of coherence…
meant to awaken something sleeping in the human heart.

And the music wasn’t just heard.
It was seen.

And they mirror exactly the sacred patterns
found in the rose windows of Notre Dame, Chartres, and Reims.

This is not coincidence.
This is communion.

What the ancients knew… and what we are now remembering…
is that vibration creates form.
Frequency is not decoration… it is design.
And when you align your body, your voice, your intention
to the music of the divine…
you become a cathedral too.

You become a vessel of resonance.
A temple of sound.
A bridge.

This is what we are rebuilding now…
Not in stone, but in soul.
Not with hammers, but with presence.
Not as monuments to religion…
but as architectures of love.

Each time you speak from your heart…
you are placing another crystal in the walls.
Each time you listen without judgment…
you are tuning the chambers to truth.
Each time you sing, weep, or breathe into your longing…
you are opening the rose window again.

Let the sound come through you.
Let the design emerge.

Well something really beautiful unfolded last night . A sister circle was born . ⭕️⭕️⭕️⭕️

14 years of sound ceremony at Manor House .. and I pondered why am I still here ? My kids came to play group here .. woodcraft .. events .. years ago I was part of community group petitioned to keep it open when the council where going to shut it .. the trees hold such a presence, strength and magical beauty ..

And last night the women gathered - inThe heart of the west end - in community - a reminder we don’t need to travel far - the village is right here - and we get to witness hold and support each other through our presence and sharing- a group of local women - many of us have seen each other over the years .. some new faces .. young middle -Aged and older x as it should be x some used to circles and sound some completely out of their comfort zone 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 and all welcome x thank you Manor House and the ancestors of the land for providing community space xx

Not rescuing.. not pretending .. not shrinking .. just being .. and it was so beautiful 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 thank you to mama cacao for your heart opening loving presence as we came back to self- to our hearts to our wombs - reclaiming soul parts in shamanic sound ceremony and being held by our teams of light .. thank you Apu Moray and the allies of my mesa for their healing and protection and to River Biam - the local river in the meadows - a powerful healing force that has helped for sure in bringing the women together as I pray there daily x to the magic of being in circle ⭕️ under the light of the beautiful moon ###
We honoured our ancestors and gave offerings in circle to all those gone before - older generations - babies in spirit - the ancestors of that land - calling through well and wise ancestors and asking for healing through the lineages - I gave our gifts to one of the magnificent trees at the front of the house after ceremony and felt the gratitude and ❤️ live

Thank you to all the women who heard the call - westend wild women 😂🌟😂🌟😂 the circle is born ### next month December 4 th we meet again xx
