Pain in the arse

That's what Joe was suffering from after a midweek game but he needs to be ready for the weekend.

Some lower back, quad and glutes work has him back moving freely and in with a good chance of doing what he does best in a Saturday afternoon.

This clip shows work on lengthening the piriformis to alleviate pain and release pressure on the sciatic nerve

A 20 minute pre-event Massage for , before taking on the run, made a big difference to her performance.

It was great to see former student and Midlands Super Welter Champion CJ Challenger in for some maintenance work this week.
