How is it the 6th October already? 🍂

The mornings are feeling fresher , the leaves are falling freely, the spiders are ‘invading’ 🕸️….and there’s a little shift in the air to let us know that Autumn is definitely upon us 🎃

A little Round up of September 🍂
Many of us feeling the shift into the darker months with much grounding being welcomed from treatments in the cabin 👣 ✨

So many beautiful skies ⛅️ just to many to add 🌌
Gorgeous days , market stalls , catch ups with gramps, welcoming back Yoga Nidra, beautiful weather and to round it all off…one of my best buddies is getting married and we headed up to Liverpool for her hen do 🖤🤍🖤

All in all , a pretty great month 🍂✨💫

Every morning I am lucky enough to get outside and take a walk , sometimes a little further a field but most often , around my local area 👣

And over the last few of years there has been an a significant decline in our hedgerows 🌿…all in the name of yet more housing developments 🏠 …and it literally hurts my heart 💔…

….because … as we know ….our trees and hedgerows don’t just stand there looking green & lush … but also provide vital habitat, food sources & safe spaces for our wildlife 🦔

…and let’s face it, in Britain we are soooo lucky to be blessed with the most beautiful wildlife , providing us with mini moments of magic each & every day 🦉🐝…

…but …all is not lost as there ARE so many ways in which we can support our local wildlife & feathered friends 🐦‍⬛🐞🦉🐰
