GB Deaf footballer Lucindha Lawson has spoken out about how difficult it was for her team to compete at the 2025 Deaflympics in Tokyo with no funding.
Lucindha, along with , are calling on the Government to fund Deaf athletes, just as they do for many Olympians and Paralympians.
With stories like this emerging, it’s no surprise that disabled girls still feel they don't belong in sport.
