Nina Bowen Sports Therapy & Personal Training I am a fully qualified & Insured Personal Trainer & Sports Injury Therapist, Est 2004. I was Head Sports Therapist at HRFC for 3 seasons during my early days.

Power Lifters
Bodybuilders
Cheerleaders/dancers
Competition Athletes
Rugby Players
Swimmers
Footballers

My diary is back open, after 5 weeks off 🙈 I need to get back to fixing the broken 😊 am only doing part time hours and have a limited diary atm (until I'm fully healed myself).

I wont be back to PT'ing for a few more weeks, as I cannot fully support clients with heavy weights yet.
