PG Instruments Limited have announced the Launch their NEW Bench Top Inductively Coupled Plasma Instrument. The NEW ICP 5000 is available NOW!!!

The Spectrometer in the ICP5000 instrument has a Focal length of 0.4m and a Spectral range of 165 - 900nm. At the heart of the Spectrometer is an Echelle Grating with 53 grooves/mm offering excellent resolution of the wavelengths and thus allowing the analysis of elements in complex matrices. A prism, which acts as a cross dispersion device gives excellent separation of the optical orders thus providing the COMPLETE Spectrum from 165 - 900nm in a compact area.

The RF Plasma operates at a frequency of 40.68MHz and has an Output Power Range of 800 - 1600 Watts. The RF generator is a Solid State Low Voltage system with Fast Auto-Tuning Compensation to allow the analysis of complex matrices including organics. The RF Generator benefits from a stabilized Power Supply that gives Long Term Analytical Stability.
