I've worked as a Beauty & Holistic Therapist for over 25yrs. Seeking an additional way to encourage self care and mindfulness amongst my friends & clients I trained as a Sound Healing Therapist in early 2023. Oh Wow! What an evening we shared.

Despite the biting temperature outside we gathered Wednesday eve and left feeling renewed, refreshed & re-energised.

So many of you took time to reflect on the blessings you want to see flourish. (more on that to follow)

And then.............you all allowed yourselves to just be. To receive Peacefulness, stillness & Renewal.
