My story
I am a mum of two young children and a firm believer in the importance of physical and emotional well-being in our busy and sometimes stressful lives. I am passionate about the benefits of Reflexology and I genuinely wish to improve the well-being of my clients and hope to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after every treatment.
My career background is in engineering, design and sales and it wasn’t until I suffered from stress myself that I discovered the wonderful benefits of Reflexology. Although skeptical to begin with it wasn’t long before I was amazed by the many benefits of this beautifully relaxing treatment and decided that I wanted to learn more.
I began studying Reflexology at Aylesbury College and have not looked back!
