Tuesday’s Curborough Community Centre classes are SUSPENDED indefinitely due to family commitments.

I am hoping to be able to run a regular class again in the future, so please join the mailing list for information as and when this happens- https://robynhbyoga.co.uk/mailing-list/ I am also keen to run some standalone workshops in the near future.

I currently have very limited availability for one to one sessions in your own home (Lichfield area only). These are priced at £35 per hour. Please get in touch if you are interested.

On Tuesday I completed reiki level 1 with the lovely Jo at The Indigo Life. It was a great experience and I got to meet two other amazing people also starting their reiki journey. I’m excited to continue practising and to take this opportunity to grow and develop myself. I’m already feeling the benefits and can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Finally finished my pre and postnatal yoga teacher training with Waking Minds Yoga after starting it over a year ago. I’ve really enjoyed the course and look forward to putting what I’ve learned into practice, hopefully in the near future.

I taught my last Supported Stretch class at Humble warrior yoga this morning. Thank you so much to everyone who has practised with me in this space, whether it was Supported Stretch, or a cover class, I really appreciate you all. Thank you also to Iain for trusting me to teach at the studio 🙏🏻

I hope everyone continues to support Iain and Humble Warrior after the closure. Humble Warrior is not a building, it’s a community, and one I’m proud to have been a part of both as a student and a teacher.

The utter chaos of class planning. I’m certainly not one for a neat desk when I’m in the midst of working. I have a fair bit of cover coming up later this month and in July at Rise Yoga Studio Lichfield and Humble warrior yoga , alongside my usual regular classes, so making the most of the toddler being at their grandparents today to get as much done as I can.

Mixed things up a bit and included this supported dancer’s pose in Supported Stretch class this morning. Another great example of how the hammock can be used as a prop to support us in our yoga asana practice.
